After deep analysis of the revenues of the Romanian people, the municipality of Bucharest came to the conclusion that after 1 year of increasing most taxes (and inventing new ones) the Romanian people still have money to pay for their food.
Why waste this excellent opportunity and untapped money well? Let's create another tax for car owners in Bucharest!! If they afford a car and living in Bucharest in the same time then they must be rich!
So here I present you the new tax proposal: BUVINIETA!!! A tax for entering with a car in the center of Bucharest.

PS. I have another proposal for the government (and municipalities): create a LIFEVIGNETTE! A tax for the living!!! If you are alive you have to pay!!
This will go quite well with the taxes we are already paying for the STUPIDVIGNETTE!! The tax for beeing so stupid that you live in Romania and you go to vote.
