Lately I found around a true gem in the form of an article by Dale Carnegie.
It gives some very pertinent and down to earth advices on how to be better in your relations with those around you.
Most of them are just common-sense but tend to be ignored too often..
It's amazing that some of this came from a book written in 1936.
I guess the human essence does not change so easily.
