In January every year there is a shopping festival in Dubai that on top af the mentioned benefits of shopping here they bring...... DISCOUNTS!!!
So this festival is a must for all professional shoppers, or wannabees.
Unfortunately, the festival has been canceled this year in respect for the death of Dubai ruler.
The next year festival will start on December 20, 2006 until February 2, 2007.
