Water Freezing in Mid Air

Try this at home.

Very hot or boiling water will freeze in the air (if temperature of air is below 0 degrees of course, -30 Celsius degrees to be specific) when tossed.
This happens because boiling water is so close to vaporizing that when it is throwed in the air it breaks into small particles that freeze instantly.
